C.Y. O’Connor College of TAFE is committed to meeting the education and training needs of the Wheatbelt region and continues to enhance the strength and vitality of the region by addressing the skill needs of the workforce, maximising employment opportunities, developing people's life skills, and promoting life-long learning.

The College specialises in a range of alternative delivery methods, termed  ‘Blended Flexible Delivery’. These innovative delivery methods have removed many of the barriers the Wheatbelt community has traditionally experienced when accessing vocational education and training.

C.Y. O’Connor TAFE operates throughout the Wheatbelt region, with campuses in Kellerberrin, Merredin, Moora, Narrogin & Northam, TAFE centres in Bindoon, Jurien, Kondinin, Quairading & Pingelly and 41 telecentres throughout the region which the College delivers to.
